[Dust And Illusions]

Hello everyone,

So the film has been selected for the San Francisco Documentary Film  
Festival. This is really great news since this is going to give some  
exposure to the film through the press, and potentially will lead into  
more theater screenings. The festival happens the last 2 weeks of  
October 2009. This also means that I can not organize other screenings  
in the Berkeley/San Francisco area in agreement with the festival, so  
for those who live here, this is the last chance to catch the film.

Lots of new upcoming screenings:

June 4th Berkeley: There's about 50 seats left for each show (6:30pm &  
8:30pm).
June 20th Seattle (Vashon Island). Show at 9:30pm
June 25th Chico, CA. Show at 8:30pm
July 8th or 9th Vancouver, BC. Show is at 7pm.
July 11th Olympia, WA. Show is at 9pm
July 16th San Jose, CA. Shows are at 6pm & 7:30pm.
July 23rd Boise, ID. Show is at 7pm.

I'm looking at organizing other shows in Portland, LA, NYC and London  
for now.

Please let your friends, families, and ennemies know about the shows.  
You can click on the links, there's facebook events that you can  
invite people you know in each region. Your help and support is much  
appreciated.

Also I've added a Donate/Support the Film button on the website. The  
first $1,000 will be used to rework the voice-over and sound engineer  
it. Already $102 have been donated. The following $3,000 will serve  
for a full sound mix of the film so that it can be recorded onto  
master tapes for film festivals (such as SF docfest). The money  
generated by the screenings are helping cover some of the old debts,  
pay some people who have helped editing/producing the film and we're  
far from covering all that. I'm hoping the screenings will raise  
$10,000.

Eventually the film will be made available online outside of the US,  
and a few other regions with potential screenings. Probably towards  
the end of the year. Then a DVD will be made with a lot of content,  
more of the interviews, additional Burning Man archives and modern  
footage.
